The majority of our staff are college and university students over 21 years of age. They are selected after a personal interview, reference and background check. Many staff have previously attended Snow Mountain Camp and participated in the Campers-In-Leadership Training program.

Prior to camp all staff attends a week of orientation and training. The staff serves at the ratio of at least one to every 5 campers. Most staff are First Aid and CPR certified.
